We are looking to showcase as many sports and fitness organizations together under one roof as possible.

Are you a Minor, Junior, Senior, and Adult Sports or Fitness Groups, Non-Profit or For-Profit. Non-Competitive or Competitive.

As long as you get people active in some way join us! We will highlight the best opportunities to be active in our community.

This event is free to attend for spectators.

This show is being held in conjunction with the largest functional fitness competition in the Interior BC.

In its 11th year, the Okanagan Valley Throwdown brings hundreds of athletes together to celebrate and showcase fitness at all levels.
